WARRANTY
Policy & Procedure
6-Month Warranty applies to the following cases:
Sandals: Glue on shoes, buckles, and elastic straps
Flats: Glue on shoes
Heels: Glue on shoes, straps, and heel lining (within 3 months from purchase date, depending on the product type)
❌ No warranty for accessories that come with the product
❌ No warranty for errors caused by external impact
❌ No warranty for insoles, soles, or socks that come with shoes
NYSMILE is unable to provide warranty for:
Products without a valid warranty
Damage caused by customer misuse, such as scratches, deformation, odor, dampness, improper washing, or incorrect storage
Products sold at a discount of 10% or more (excluding coupons/vouchers)
⚠ PLEASE NOTE:
Please bring your receipt to facilitate the warranty process
Products must be cleaned before being submitted for warranty service
Warranty processing center: 667 Au Co Street, Tan Phu District, HCMC
(If sending by delivery service, please notify NYSMILE in advance. Delivery time is not included in the warranty turnaround time)
Processing time: up to 15 working days from the date NYSMILE receives the product
Our team will contact you immediately when the repair is complete
If the issue is due to a manufacturer defect and cannot be resolved, NYSMILE will issue an exchange (if still in stock) or a voucher equal to the product’s value (valid within 1 month of issuance)
